Once the admission process, university application, documentation work, visa processing, or counselling procedure has been initiated, cancellation charges may apply depending on the stage of the service.
Refunds are applicable only in specific cases where the requested service has not yet been initiated by Satyamev Educational Services. Any amount paid towards registration fees, application processing fees, documentation charges, university fees, embassy fees, or third-party charges may be non-refundable.
Refund requests will be reviewed carefully by our management team. Approval or rejection of refunds shall depend upon the nature of the service availed and the progress completed at the time of request.
